The following information is provided to ensure you understand you rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
CANCELLING AN ORDER PRIOR TO DISPATCH
If you wish to cancel an order before we have sent the goods, you must let us know as soon as possible and confirm by email. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.
CANCELLING AN ORDER AFTER DISPATCH
Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs from when you receive the last of the batch. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.
YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND
You will receive a refund within 14 days of either us getting the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner.
COST OF RETURNS DELIVERY
It's your responsibility to return the goods to us following cancellation and to pay the direct cost of doing so.
HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER
We may ask for photographic evidence to help us determine any outcome. If goods are to be returned then we will bear the cost of this.
We would reasonably expect any claim for faulty good to be made no later than three weeks after receiving them.
FOR HEALTH & SAFETY REASONS WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY COSMETIC PRODUCT FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE IF IT HAS BEEN OPENED OR USED.
